Choux pastry topped with icing and filled with coffee cream. This intense coffee cake is made with dark brown sugar and has been steeped in Brazilian coffee syrup. It's generously filled and topped with coffee buttercream with a hint of salted caramel, and sprinkled with crunchy cocoa nibs.
